Exchange/Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but in the event you are not, you may exchange or return your shoes by contacting us at returns@neatfootwear.com. Please include your name and order number in the email subject. Your email will be returned with instructions within 24 hours.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item cannot have any signs of wear, must be in new condition, and can not have been worn outside. It must be returned in it’s original packaging.
Exchanges:
As long as your shoes meet the above mentioned criteria, you may request to exchange an item for up to 30 calendar days from delivery. Once we receive the returned goods, we will send you the new pair you have selected within 2 business days. Exchanges and shipping are free one time per purchase. Any exchanges beyond the first, will incur the cost of shipping (both ways) and a $10 restocking fee.
Returns:
All returns must be submitted within 14 calandar days from delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not accept the return. Once we receive the returned goods, and find them to be in the above stipulated condition, your source of payment will be credited in full within two business days. You will also receive an email informing you of the status of your refund.
There may be some situations where only partial refunds are granted. These situations include, but are not limited to:
An item that is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This credit may not show immediately depending upon your bank/credit card company and/or billing cycle. Once we have issued your refund, if you feel you need more information regarding your credit, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit in the event of a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
